À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has been the single most transformative experience of my life.

Elisa Villanueva Beard Class of 1998

Three schools. Infinite possibilities.

At À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, we've reimagined what a college education can be with our innovative three-school model. At our core, you will find the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where you'll sharpen your thinking skills, become a great communicator and explore a wide range of subjects. Complementing this foundation, the School of Business and Leadership blends practical business acumen with ethical decision-making. And completing the triad is the Creative School, where innovation meets imagination in technology, arts and media.

Whether you're focusing on a single area or traversing the boundaries between schools, you'll benefit from a comprehensive and collaborative approach to education – and you'll graduate as a well-rounded, adaptable leader ready to succeed in an ever-evolving global landscape.

Small classes. Big ideas.

A life-changing experience.

Frequently asked questions

With 52 majors, 61 minors, and 8 academic pathways available university-wide, you're never locked into a single track. The Management Fellows Program is one of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's most distinctive experiential learning opportunities, and one of the most competitive. Fellows spend a full semester embedded in a professional organization, gaining real-world business and leadership experience while continuing their liberal arts coursework. Past fellows have interned at Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, media organizations and government agencies. The program is open to students of any major, reflecting À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's belief that business leadership isn't a discipline — it's a skill set that belongs to every field.

At À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, every course in the School of Business and Leadership, and across the university, is taught by faculty, not graduate teaching assistants. With a 11:1 student-to-faculty ratio and an average class size of 17, your professors will know your name, your goals, and your ambitions from day one. That kind of mentorship is rare at large research universities, where introductory business courses routinely enroll hundreds of students in lecture halls.

"The reason I have multiple doors open to me is the diverse curriculum offered at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ as well as so many great professors in so many different departments." - Robby B.

Learn about The À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Promise

Absolutely, and that's one of the most distinctive features of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's three-school framework. Every À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ student, regardless of their major, can access courses and experiences offered by all three schools. A biology major can take entrepreneurship. A music student can study finance. A psychology major can pursue a leadership minor. The three-school framework was designed specifically to break down the silos that exist at larger universities, because the careers of the future will demand leaders who can think across disciplines, not just within them.

"We have an opportunity for À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ to be a national leader in higher education, building on our historic strengths in liberal arts and bringing them to curricular areas that are exciting for students." - Dave Berque, Vice President for Academic Affairs
